The public forum takes place near the beginning of the formal meeting and is an opportunity to raise issues directly with the Board. Alternatively, you can email or phone the Board with your concerns.

Spatial Planning
Verbal update from the Principal Spatial Planner on commercial and industrial land. The Spatial Planning Team will return to the May meeting. Waikato 2070 review update.

Wainui Reserve 30-Year Plan
A staged development approach is being explored to determine how the reserve can be used at full capacity. A working group has been formed and is currently doing a desktop review of existing activities and constraints. Technical reports may follow.

Stormwater
Te Aroaro: Request for staff to meet Tony Oosten on site before July. A verbal update will also be given.

Water
Kingfisher SCADA upgrade works are complete. All sites now have hardware installed and are undergoing final commissioning.

Wi Neera South End Walkway
Completion expected by June.

Greenslade Road Reserve Playground
Design changes made to stop bark washout and improve boardwalk usability after wet weather. Work due to finish within three weeks.
