Raglan Community Radio Inc. is an FM Radio Station located in the Raglan Town Hall. The station is run by a station manager with volunteers providing the on air content while an elected committee governs the station. We rely on grants and advertising to keep the station on air.

The Station has an effective broadcast range reaching the population of the Raglan Ward (4680 – 2013 Census) and has a regular listenership of 34% of residents (2014 Station Survey). We broadcast 24/7 with 23 locally produced shows a week and 11 from other sources. See our schedule for more details.
Our prime time Morning Show plays from 6 – 10am, 5 days a week and produces local news bulletins on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while also holding daily interviews with people active in Raglan (including musicians, artists, sportspeople, local politicians, community groups and others who are doing interesting things in town).
We can offer you the following advertising packages:
Option 1 – Advertisements for 1-4 weeks
An advertisement made to your specifications of no more than 30 seconds duration. The advertisement will be played once every three hours between the hours of 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week. The cost of this service is $50 (plus GST) per week, or $40 (plus GST) per week for a local advertiser. There is also a $45 (plus GST) production fee for each advert we make.
Option 2 – Advertisements for 5-12 weeks
An advertisement made to your specifications of no more than 30 seconds duration. The advertisement will be played once every three hours between the hours of 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week. The cost of this service is $40 (plus GST) per week, or $30 (plus GST) per week for a local advertiser. There is also a $45 (plus GST) production fee for each advert we make.
Option 3 – Advertisements for 12 weeks or more
An advertisement made to your specifications of no more than 30 seconds duration. The advertisement will be played once every three hours between the hours of 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week. The cost of this service is $30 (plus GST) per week, or $20 (plus GST) per week for a local advertiser. There is also a $45 (plus GST) production fee for each advert we make.
Option 4 – Show Sponsorship
An advertisement made to your specifications of no more than 30 seconds duration. The advertisement will be played once per hour during the show – or more at the DJ’s discretion. A show trailer featuring the Sponsor will also be played at least once per day outside of the sponsored show. The cost of this service is $40 (plus GST) per month, plus a $45 (plus GST) production fee for each advert we make.
