Work on the next stage of seawall improvements near the Raglan footbridge is set to begin on Thursday, 20 February.
Council contractors will be repairing and upgrading the footpath and seawall along the Putoetoe Walkway. As a result, the section south of the footbridge to the boat ramp will be closed for around four months.
The northern section from the footbridge to Bow Street will remain open, but at times, the boat ramp at the southern end will also be fenced off.
