Workshop Brewing Company in Raglan has clinched the title of NZ's best Micro Brewery at the NZ Beer Awards in Christchurch and The accolades don't end there – Workshop Brewing also secured medals for each of their entered beers: golds for their Wakey Jakey and Xpeh!, silvers for Pilsner and Chocolate Milk Stout, and a copper for the RPA.
This off-licence brewery is on a mission to tackle waste by encouraging patrons to bring their own bottles and enjoy beer straight from the taps. Since its establishment in 2019, Raglan’s Workshop Brewing Company has evolved into a beloved community hotspot.

Anexa Vet Clinic’s Cat, Mr. Moustachio has died. A popular and integral member of the clinic, Starchie was often seen roaming around the vets or sometimes popping over to the Raglan Community House. A fixture at the vets since 2011, Starchie will be sorely missed.

A body was discovered off the coast of Raglan, earlier this week, on Tuesday afternoon. The discovery was made by a member of the public around 12:50pm. Authorities are currently in the process of identifying the individual and reaching out to their next of kin. Additionally, investigations are underway to determine the cause of death.
